So proud that at Canva we are sharing the details of one of our recent incidents. When dealing with complex systems there is no single root cause and sharing these reports helps everyone learn. This was something we also frequently did during my time at Slack.

@flopezluis Como cuento en el articulo tb nos adaptabamos a la epoca del año en la que estabamos. Durante 6 meses teniamos 2-3 horas compartidas y los otros 6 tan solo una.

@flopezluis En nuestro caso la daily standup la sustituimos por comunicacion asincrona en Slack, pero aun asi aun haciamos ceremonias sincronas como el weekly scrum, showcases y algunas otras en el tiempo que teniamos de overlap.

Hoy he descubierto que hay empresas que tienen más de un manager por equipo porque los miembros del equipo están en diferentes time zones. Primera vez que lo veo. Super interesante
