#WATCH | Delhi: On the Supreme Court's recent decision concerning the Nithari killing case, Moninder Singh Pandher's advocate Manisha Bhandari says, "Today, the Supreme Court rejected all appeals filed by CBI and the complainant. The CBI had two appeals against Pandher, and there was one appeal by the complainant, so no case remains against Pandher... The SC asked the CBI to highlight any issues with the judgment, but they provided no convincing arguments... This means Pandher is fully acquitted, while Surendra Koli is acquitted in all but one case, and he is currently in jail... According to SC, Pandher was not at his house most of the time when the crime happened... Koli's confession has also not been considered legitimate."

When Justice Chandrachud took over as CJI I thought he would bring about a liberal outlook in his court. I hoped that his tenure would bring reprieve to innocent youth languishing in jail without trial. But sadly even this bare minimum didn’t happen in the last 2 years.

History will remember Chief Justice Chandrachud for letting Umar Khalid and Sharjeel Usman just rot in jail without bail for years on end for merely speaking for Muslims in India. History will not be kind when it remembers CJI Chandrachud.

In the past week my multiple orders have been cancelled from @amazonIN After the first incident, a complaint was made and the customer service was made aware of the mischief being played by the delivery agent. Despite intimating them in advance that few other orders were in line
