Day 8 of my internet being out @Xfinity . It cut off last Friday well after the storm and was expected to be repaired by yesterday at 1:30 pm. No update has been provided. No information. I can’t contact @XfinitySupport because it’s an “outage”.
(1) So @SouthwestAir my husband and I had the option to spend $1000 on United flights home from a foreign country you stranded us in with no info, or use 40k points to get home. So instead of reimbursing us, you said here’s your taxes back. You think it was okay, to strand people
(3) @SouthwestAir refund us the cost we would have been out. Not this bullshit. I regret using you for our honeymoon, you really ruined the end of our trip. And you can’t even be bothered to refund MORE THAN TAXES!!!!
(2) and say “well they got home”. Those miles were for another international trip you can’t fly us too. Those miles were not to get us home because the earliest you could do was 5 days later. And you were still cancelling flights 5 days later so who knows. Do the right thing.

@SouthwestAir The priority boarding we paid for is basically useless since im in group C now, that’s doing wonders for my anxiety. And now I get to worry that when we get to Tampa in two hours will that flight just get cancelled too. We need to prep our home for this storm.
