The reason Rorschach is one of the most beloved comic book characters of all time is that Alan Moore put everything he hated into him, he sculpted him in the image of what disgusted him the most and Alan Moore is, to put it simply, a vile fucking human. At its core, what he hates is the very concept of "good" thus his creation in the image of his ire is profoundly "good".
He has never self-reflected on this fact and never will, he physically can't comprehend that he's the bad guy in all of his stories. Fuck Alan Moore, Watchmen is good in spite of him.

A worthy improvement to my graphic. Sadly, many people use the “I saved money on X to buy ammo” but then don’t actually buy that ammo or train. The argument is only as good as someone’s commitment. This is a sick update to my original graphic though

First of all, all Flock cameras are placed based on the customer requesting that they be installed there for police/security reasons.
“Why are there Flock cameras there? Bad things don’t happen there!”
Because bad things do happen there, that's why the police put a camera there. This has been a standard police/security strategy for decades.
“The video that we got from that camera is absolutely outstanding. We have the entire incident on video.”
Evidence of the crime makes it easier to convict these people.
