Quick math. 4 partners run 300M over 10y. 12% IRR. 932M. 632M gain x 20% = 126M to firm. 506M = 10.4% to investors. Let’s say they have 4 associates at 250k and 4 admins at 100k. 1M/yr travel, office, etc. Leaves about 25M/partner after firm expenses. Good gig if you can get it!
