@Verizon On the phone addressing the situation and put on hold. Phone rings and it’s Verizon. I say I’m on the other line for this issue. He asks me to confirm all details again. I keep saying I’m on the other line with Verizon. 10 minutes in, he says it’s me.

@Verizon doesn’t appreciate long term customers. Those committing fraud do so easily. Those trying to order products and services as long term customers providing verification are sent to multiple people who can’t seem to process things.

@Verizon customer service is a joke. Spent hours confirming I did place orders, including an hour plus call where I was told all good but then got emails saying orders were cancelled. Spent 90 minutes tonight to resolve. They disconnected. No call back and if I call…closed.

@AielloTV First thing every morning I’ve done for years is to turn on the tv to hear Elise’s report. She was like a dear friend or mom telling you to wear a jacket, make indoor plans, bring an umbrella or take your allergy medicine. She will be greatly missed. 🥲

Elise Finch loved music. The song of her life deserved many more verses. Her gifts were many, and so too the lives she touched. My deepest condolences to Graig and little Grace, her parents and sister, and all our CBS2 family.

@optimum I can’t get my service issues resolved via phone, Twitter or in-person. To cancel and/or get a refund, I have to speak to someone but I spend hours waiting and my calls are unanswered. #awfulcustomerservice
