@InPostUK The item moved through your network and was at the local depot by the 17th of September, due for delivery on the 19th! It never went out for delivery! Explain?

@shane_phoenix2 If it went through our systems, and not directly through Yodel, it would have still needed to be stored in a locker or shop, which is where the delay would be taking place. We're sorry if this wasn't clear in the statement.

@InPostUK Your statement refers to parcel shops and lockers having issues. My item is a large furniture item, in the local depot. Too big for a parcel shop or locker! So my item shouldn't have been affected!

@InPostUK Disgraceful, you knew friday it wouldn't be delivered. You could have emailed to say there was a delay if your "tracking updates weren't working" where do I send the bill for a day's wages?

@InPostUK @zindagaanii What about the parcels that are in the local depot and were supposed to have been delivered friday and haven't? No reschedule for sat and no further info other than your parcel is at at local depot. Talking to your online chat is a joke!

@zindagaanii Hi there, we are aware of some delays to our tracking updates and some parcels are taking a little longer to reach their destination, but parcels are still travelling through the network so please continue to check your tracking and look out for notifications.

@shane_phoenix2 I agree the bus services are crap, but today it's extra bad because of bridge works happening down the road.

@TfL yet another 244 that decides to terminate at bus stop z woolwich station! This has to be the worst bus service in London!
