He contrasts it with Meta and X, saying it does not throttle political speech, including posts informing readers about Israel’s genocide in Gaza. Biggar, who is involved in building the platform, says UpScrolled will enforce rules against disinformation, abuse, and hate through a formal trust-and-safety board being set up to shape and enforce platform policy.
