@JioCare Details shared in dm, We’ve already emailed the concerned Jio team, but it appears customer focus isn’t a priority for them. It’s been over a month of continuous follow-ups with no resolution. Meanwhile, GTPL and You Broadband have already begun offering fiber connections.
