@PersimmonHomes Please explain when you advertise deposit boost on a site, it is not honoured because homes are selling really well without. It is a scheme to demonstrate community spirit / working with customers yet profit is put first.

Dealing @JohnLewisRetail customer service department has become so difficult. Over the last three weeks I’ve had to return two items that have been faulty. The time has taken to activate these returns has been unacceptable both using online chat and by telephone.
