@AkasaAir Following up, after being told customer support would respond within 24 hours, there has been no response yet. Paid ₹22,000 for excess baggage on Dec 15 (QP584). No EMD generated, so Etihad couldn’t honour it and I had to pay again at the gate.Its been more than a week
