2/2 cause my tickets doesn't allow changes. I would need to buy new tickets or ask in the train if someone wants to change with me. Or I just let the kids alone and @renfe can take care of them. @Spain_inUK #slowtravelspain

1/2 1st time taking a long distance train with @Renfe and already disappointed (even mad). I let the system assign our seats and instead of putting us together (18D, 18C, 18C are free), I got 11B, kids 18C,18B. Help desk cannot change my seat @Spain_inUK #slowtravelspain
