I’m honestly exhausted dealing with @JupiterMoney and @FederalBankLtd. I’m just trying to withdraw my own savings and close my account, and it’s been over a month of running around with no resolution. 🧵

First they reduced Import duty by 9% causing investors to lose 9% on SGB Now they're telling that SGB bought in secondary market will be taxed at maturity, that means investors losing 12.5% again. Retrospective tax implications is pure evil, you're buying and holding something for years thinking it to be tax free but just before maturity Govt will make a change and ask you to pay tax. Next what? Wait for your life insurance maturity, PF, NPS money for 25-30 years thinking it to be tax free but suddenly one day Govt wake up and ask you to pay tax.

@HDFC_Bank not following master direction issued by @RBI on Credit Card. As per MD, any refund received after bill generation but before due date has to be adjusted while making the payment. But @HDFCBank_Cares is asking to make total due amount without adjusting any refund.

Just finished VKYC for the @getscapia Credit Card and bruh… what an experience 😵‍💫🎥 The agent: "Sir, now tilt the PAN card slightly... now from above... now from space if possible" 🤣📸 It felt less like verification and more like a full-blown PAN card photoshoot 📷✨ VKYC was handled by Federal Bank. Anyway......VKYC done. Application submitted. Let’s hope miles start flying in soon 🛫🔥
