@Sephora So now I’m stuck with a $50 Ilia product that I can’t use or return. Why have a color match option in the app if it is wrong? I bought 2 ilia products - that shouldn’t be difficult to match the 2 colors. Last time I order anything online.

@Sephora disappointed in @sephora return policy. Made a purchase 4/23. It didn’t arrive until 5/1. I had already left for vaca. Came back and the color of the tinted moisturizer with spf was several shades too light that was color matched based on the same brand as a previous purchase.

@Sephora I went to the store to return and I was 2 days too late. I said well I bought a product color that was suggested based on my previous purchase of the same brand and it was wrong. She said it was just a suggestion and I should know that bc it had spf it wouldn’t be a match.
