@MoCA_GoI@airindia@DGCAIndia I have shared the case id and please don't say that a mere compensation of 5k for a designer suitcase of Roberto Cavalli which was for more than 30k and whose retail price is even more now is sufficient. Your staff damaged it even when I had got it wrapped and put fragile on it.
