Steven Bartlett says a few glasses of wine ruined the next 3 days of his life “It's one of those areas where you don't understand the hidden cost until you really give it up for a while. I stopped drinking at 30 years old. I'm now 33. When I was 31, I thought, I'll have a drink again because now I could really A/B test it. I had a year of not drinking, decided to have a drink again” “It ruined three days of my life. I had a couple of glasses of wine, didn't get drunk. It ruined three days of my life because of the domino effect it caused” “I got worse sleep that night, and then because I got worse sleep that night, I ate more poorly the next day because my dopamine system or whatever, the cortisol system was all messed up. I podcasted worse. I didn't go to the gym that day or the day after because I felt really bad. I then slept worse, and I could track all of this on my Whoop”

Very rarely will you need to buy your husband a new wallet, but when that day comes, it is somehow a major household decision and you cannot screw it up. Men will carry the same wallet for 20 years with the corners falling apart and still say it’s fine. So this is not the moment for creativity. Slim, durable, leather if he’s a leather guy, metal if he already likes that kind of thing. Do not surprise a man with a weird wallet.

Then why does Chicago look like shit compared to Paris?

What's everyone's most elitist opinion?

Reporter: Did you post that picture of yourself depicted as Jesus Christ? Trump: It wasn't a depiction. I did post it and I thought it was me as a doctor. And had to do with red cross as a red cross worker, which we support and only the fake news could come up with that one.

this made me lol italy is the most beautiful country in the world but god its coffee sucks

As I said weeks ago, the US pulls the opposite kind of crude oil from the ground than what our refineries specialize in, thus we must import the right one. There is a friction to us becoming "energy independent" (which is false to say) and it involves heavy investment to retool our refining capacity otherwise we would produce far less efficiently. We are net importers of crude oil so that we can be net exporters of an array of "petroleum products". The administration either doesn't understand this themselves (big doubt) or expects you not to (probably).

Trump on the phone with Maria Bartiromo: "We don't get our oil from there. We have so much oil. We have boats pouring up to the United States. They'll be filling 'em up, and they'll be leaving and they'll be packed with the best oil you can get. Light, sweet, crude. We don't need the strait."
