This is a tragic, horrific day. For those of us who work in this space, we shouldn’t have to worry about our safety, simply because we share our opinions. Charlie Kirk spent his career inviting and engaging in civil DEBATE, sitting at a table on college campuses and talking with anyone who approached. You might not have liked what he said, but the answer to speech you don’t like has to be more speech, and never violence. This is lunacy. So incredibly heartbroken for his wife and children. 💔
