@shpendibtz Taking back historical land and churches, enforcing strict punishment on war criminals and drug trafficking, assimilation of the present population into the culture, preferably non-violently, as well as taking back the plentiful lignite mines present.

1. Kosovo isn't a country. 2. The Balkan countries don't actually want to join, they're just flattering you. 3. Moldova is the poorest place in continental Europe, they probably do want to join. 4. I doubt Turkey seriously wants in.
