Booked an Ola: Driver confirmed, then cancelled after 5 minutes. The entire taxi aggregator system in India is a mess. There is not a single app that feels customer-centric. Half the cars are poorly maintained, drivers keep negotiating outside the app, and cancellations are normalised. Once someone travels to places like Dubai or parts of Southeast Asia, they realise how far behind our basic service standards are.
