Hotel has even confirmed that they havent charged booking, nor have booking paid them the so called cancellation fees. Sheer scam, WILL NOT RECOMMEND

@bookingcom Awful customer support, I had made a booking for the same hotel a couple of times and honoured it by going to the hotel. To be doubly sure even asked during check in if the bookings were merged- the hotel confirmed. Yet i see a no show charge of 300CHF.
