@JioCare , @reliancejio Hi, I paid to Jio for the JioFiber 6-month postpaid plan on 19/07/2025, Amt ₹10,612.92 (screenshot attached). But I started receiving billing from January 2026, and as per the plan, if I pay for 6 months, I should get 15 days extra, but I did not get it

@JioCare Hi, for redemption need voucher, but still Jio doesn’t share me any vouchar and second thing this is postpaid connecting and my 6 months was completed on 20/01/26. It means my billing cycle should start from 21/01/26 but how you can share me bill for last month?
