UPDATE: The Patterson twins were adopted out by @hatchfl and @MyFLFamilies, 2 days before Mother's Day. The FL legislature passed a law in reaction to the nightmare this family has been put through, to stop it from happening again. It takes effect in July, so Hatch and DCF did this now.
