"The Republican voter is fed up. They keep electing majorities that do nothing." Back during the 2015 primaries, I brought up this point until I was blue in the face. GOP fecklessness and malfeasance is how and why Trump was able to gain traction and win the nomination. If the GOP hadn't spent decades campaigning on things and then voting against them/ignoring them once in office, Trump would never have become president. Yet here we are. So please keep your head in the sand. Keep pretending ERMAGHERD MAGA IS KILLING THE GOP. If the GOP dies, it's death will have been an intentional suicide. The voters warned them -repeatedly- but the GOP continued to mock the stupid little Hobbit voters. I guess the party is finally starting to learn that said voters get the final say.
IT Guy@ITGuy1959

You all still don’t get it. Sure, Trump’s endorsement matters but this is much more than that. The Republican voter is fed up. They keep electing majorities that do nothing. For examples, 85% of the country wants some form of voter ID and they can’t even pass that. And the country wants secure borders. And less crime. And less regulation. Etc. This isn’t rocket science. You all act like Trump just sets an agenda and that’s that. And you couldn’t be more wrong. Trump ran on an agenda that the country wants. Remove Trump and whoever advocates that same agenda will take his place. This is where the Republican Party lost its way. Ultimately, you still must do what your voters want. Anyone thinking that when Trump leaves office that the Republican Party of Bush, McConnell, McCain, Ryan, et al will return is completely delusional. That you brand yourself as a pollster and political analyst and still can’t grasp this is incredible.

I think there's nuance you're missing here. I think it's more this perspective: "I succeeded DESPITE government, and you have to too. I didn't have any control over what the politicians did any more than you do." So this isn't about avoiding guilt, it's about being bitter about being blamed for what POLITICIANS did. I'm not a boomer, but this is more in line with the mentality of my parents, so I jump to the assumption this is a common attitude among them. Why can't they EXPRESS it that clearly? I don't know, so maybe I'm wrong.

On the surface, it sounds like Boomers hate you. Or like they have the attention span and logical thinking skills of a goldfish. Neither one of these is true. Their complete dismissal of any of your concerns, and their total refusal to understand your situation or worldview, is actually quite sensible in light of one key fact about them. They're not hateful. They're not dumb. They just have an incredibly low emotional pain threshold. They cannot stand to feel bad about themselves for any reason, even for a moment. When you create a meme like this, or you tell the story of how you are forty years old and can't afford a house because you trained for three different careers and got rugpulled by work visas and offshoring every time... ... then they don't even think about it as a worldview or a perspective or an experience that you have. They don't think about you at all. They think only about the effect on their own self-esteem, which must be parried. You have, you see, told a tale of playing life on hard mode, which implies that they were playing life on easy mode, which implies that they are not wizards of insight and paragons of virtue. That's why they will immediately respond with these incoherent lines about whining and bootstraps and firm handshakes and avocado toast. Of course they don't make sense. They don't have to make sense. The goal isn't to persuade you of anything or engage with you at all. The goal is simply to have an excuse to avoid thinking about something which might make them feel bad. These Boomerisms are magic talismans used to ward off emotional discomfort, in much the same fashion as all the species of plants they smoked their way through when they were your age. I don't see a solution to this. I don't know any way to tell Boomers that Hart-Cellar, CRA1964, DEI, open borders, social welfare programs, anti-racism, gay marriage, gun control, the sexual revolution, etc, were massive mistakes and need to be stopped, while hiding the obvious implication they were the ones who made those mistakes. If we wish to save Western civilization, to make things good enough again that actual Americans can manage to have homes and marriages and children, then we're going to have to find a way to work around the Boomers, because they're never going to get on board.

@greenva1073320 @wheebzee The biggest key NOT in the list is "Happy" One human cannot make another human happy all the time, especially women who are naturally high in neuroticism, but women are conditioned to expect this now. What if that wasn't on the survey, and "confident" was the closest substitute?

"hot enough" is SUBJECTIVE and stats prove women have raise subjective "standards" beyond realistic expectations. All men would prefer a swimsuit model, too, but that doesn't make that "the bare minimum". Women have lost this perspective due to social conditioning that is out of hand.

So I have a (mostly) useless degree in film theory and my personal concentration was National cinema. Meaning the study of how a racial/ethnic group represents themselves, their history, present and future through the artistic medium of film. You will find that every single race of people on earth represent reality differently through film. The essence of that difference is found in the people themselves and what makes them, them. The racial spirit of a people is illustrated through their use of film making and visual storytelling in such a manner that a Bollywood film and a Korean film are so different in the manner of their storytelling, character development, camera techniques etc they might as well be from different planets. My favourite example of this is how Irish cinema is known for its dark, often crude, tragic comedy which mirrors the spirit of the Irish and their history perfectly. French cinema also intertwines deep philosophical ideas with ordinary everyday life and often uses rebellious and bold storytelling/camera techniques. Very in alignment with the French spirit. These distinct artistic differences give visual representation to the distinct differences between the racial spirit of people. What’s even more important though is that the artistic medium of film is in effect a form of collective dreaming. One steps into the theatre, sits back in a comfy seat, the lights dim, the screen illuminates and we experience the film itself in a similar fashion as we would a dream. The cinema provided the enthralling and thrilling experience of a new reality where anything could be possible. Where we could be reminded of who we are and we could imagine who we might be but for the first time as a shared experience. And what are dreams if not the deep internal world which inspires the creation and building of the external material world. Most people think of movies as just entertainment but in reality it is so much more than that. It is programming, guided dreaming and identity creating on the societal scale. What a people dream and feel about themselves internally they become in a sense. This is why these race swapped roles in historical dramas are not merely superficial and are in effect evil. It takes a historical figure, their contribution to the spirit of their race and thus a national identity and transgresses upon it by corrupting the image as belonging to anyone, everyone and therefore no one. It is stolen valour. It is the highest form of cultural erasure in art, it is history rewriting in pursuit of identity destruction. Not surprisingly it is something we exclusively see in roles which rightfully belong to whites. It is the explicit propaganda arm of white replacement. It aims to make us forget who we are, induce a form of collective amnesia about our history and ultimately erase from all future memory the truth of our ancestors heroics and bravery.

Christopher Nolan says Lupita Nyong'o was his first choice to play Helen of Troy in The Odyssey (2026) because the role needed “strength and poise” as much as beauty. “And Lupita makes it look effortless.” “I was absolutely desperate for her to do the part.”

“I can’t believe you have to wake up and not have food, shelter, or purpose just handed to you all the time forever and ever.” You didn’t just appear, your parents made a choice to bring you into the world. If you’re upset about existence there’s a way out of it.
daz@MetamateDaz

You’re born onto a planet you never asked to exist on… and society immediately hits you with: “Okay, now go earn the right to eat, sleep, rest, and have shelter.” Like… zoom out for a second. We’re floating on a rock in infinite space and we created a game where you have to spend most of your life working just to not starve or freeze to death. The whole concept is actually insane when you think about it.

🧵 THREAD: The CAIR–Muslim Brotherhood–Hamas Pipeline They Don't Want You to See This thread has been a long time coming. Let's start with a simple fact: In its 1988 charter, Hamas openly declares itself the Palestinian branch of the Muslim Brotherhood. So here's the question: 🇺🇸 Why hasn't the U.S. designated the Muslim Brotherhood as a Foreign Terrorist Organization? Seems obvious, right? Here’s my answer 👇 If the Muslim Brotherhood is formally labeled a terror group... ➡️ Then CAIR, founded by leaders from the Brotherhood's U.S. network, gets implicated too. And if CAIR gets implicated… ➡️ Then so do a lot of politicians. 📍And that’s the line no one in D.C. wants to cross. So instead, the Brotherhood stays "undesignated." CAIR keeps the civil rights label and keeps its tax advantaged nonprofit status. And the public is left in the dark. Patience as I pull the receipts.

One more thing Blizzard's In-Game Code of Conduct (Article ID: 42673) details behavioral guidelines for all players. It mandates respectful communication, prohibits harassment, hate speech, and disruptive actions (such as griefing or intentionally diminishing others' game experiences), and enforces penalties—including account suspension—for rule violations. This "user" didn't get banned over a name. Nice clickbait you tourist.

Western Civilization didn't flourish because "white males" stopped other groups from succeeding. The West thrived because of rational thought, individual rights, and free enterprise. "White males" that invented the steam engine, electric generation, the combustion engine, flight, and space exploration did not do so because they "stole" the ideas of minorities. These inventions helped lift mankind out of ignorance and hardship, improving the quality of life for all of humanity. "White males" didn't oppress the entire world, they helped make it a better place. "White males" didn't oppress everyone's rights, they invented the idea of rights and paid in blood to liberate tens of millions of people. "White males" didn't invent slavery, they ended it. "White males" didn't invent tyranny, they devised a form of government to end it. Destroying Western Civilization isn't about empowering groups that were "oppressed." It is about tearing down civilization itself so that globalist parasites can rule over all of us.

@robertsepehr @Greene_Thoughts @BreitbartNews Why isn’t dismantling white male focused societal conventions not a good deal? Uh, I hate to break it to you when you still africa's resources up to and including the people that they literally bought, but certainly practice metals and rare earths, what is that if not keeping other groups from succeeding. The portuguese in the spanish came to the new world and spread blood and death disease. And pestilence intentional are not is irrelevant. Are you robbed poor peoples, nationhood and culture? I'm replaced it with white Jesus. White people didn't make the world better. They made things more convenient. That's not the same, it's better. The west didn't do anything that any other great civilization had done. They enslaved, they justified their uses of power. And they pervade any one to question their authority. All of those colonized outposts all over the world suffering from the platitude to whiteness, they will never thank you. They will simply watch you destroy yourselves and laugh. You reduce crime by eliminating poverty. The reason so called nice neighborhoods have lower crime rates is because people’s basic needs are being met. It is not because of police, alarm systems, or neighborhood associations. Poverty creates crime.

Re: Gen Z and food. 1.) Stop calling everybody old enough to grow facial hair a Boomer. It is making you confused. 2.) Actual Boomers are in their 70's and 80's, and did not grow up eating fast food every day. 3.) Gen X grew up when peak T.V. dinner was replaced by the invention of the Dollar Menu, and while we did eat tons of fast food by the time we got to the work force, most of us saw the Arby's Five for Five as some sort of miracle, and never forgot about ramen and hot dogs. The Dollar Menu was killed by covid and minimum wage, and it does suck. You do have it worse than Gen X did living in the 1$ McDouble era. Nevertheless, the solutions proposed by Actual Boomers are the valid solutions to your situation.
