I missed UKIC season for this, how can you issue such long bans without reviewing the evidence; then on first appeal say you did a "thorough investigation" and still say I'm guilty until a senior member, Darwin, steps in? 🤡 Faceit need to stop using automated bans for anything that isn't 100% such as chat logs recorded by the server.
