@TheEclecticGoat The two I have I found on the used shelf at different game stores. I for some reason did not buy them when they came out. Probably was on the road too much for work back then.
English

@silverlock It amazes me regularly that—as much as I love B5–I don’t own a single RPG book for it. Probably because I’ve never found one when I had the money for it.
English

Timeline cleanse:
I don’t have many, but I do have a few RPGs based on TV shows. One is for Babylon 5. The TV show is one of my favorites. When it was originally on, it came on at 5am. I would set up my VCR to record it and watch it when I got home (I mainly worked nights at the Sheriff’s office for awhile so watched it by 7am)

If anybody likes Lovecraftian/Cosmic movies. These are some I have found. Currently 46 of them. I keep my eyes open for ones I have not seen yet.

@silverlock 'the andromeda strain' for me is a very close take on 'the colour out of space'
English

I should have The Dunwich horror and Quatermass in the pit, if they are not there I just have not saved it correctly . I will go back and check. I will check out the others. The andromeda strain and evolution are alien life movies, I am not sure cosmic horror of the Lovecraftian vein. But I can see it.
English

@silverlock cool, may I suggest inclusion of "The Andromeda Strain (1971)", "The Stone Tape", "The Dunwich Horror", "History of the Occult", "The Testament of Caleb Meeke", "Quatermass and the Pit", "Spider Labyrinth", "Évolution (2015)" and "Occult (2009)"?
English

@wtfcetialpha5 I had not heard of that, I just ordered it now. I am sure you have read the Laundry books by Charles Stross.
English

@silverlock Have you read "There is no Antimimetics Division" by QNTM?
Basically HP Lovecraft does the X-Files, and we're losing the war against the Old Ones.
Highly recommended.
English

@FaciusCardan I thought I did include them . If not, I will fix that soon.
English

@silverlock That list needs to include John Carpenter's The Thing and Prince of Darkness. He may be the lovecraftian film master, without ever having officially adapted any of his works.
English

@JoeViturbo I have seen Die Farbe, but not seen The Resurrected. I have heard of it, but it is hard to find easily.
English

@silverlock The Resurrected aka Shatterbrain imdb.com/title/tt010524…
It's an adaptation of The Case of Charles Dexter Ward.
Also, 2010's The Color Out Of Space (Die Farbe) is a very good adaptation imdb.com/title/tt175647…
English

@RobNecronomicon FYI, the book I mentioned is just “14”. There are a couple of other books called “Apartment 14” that have nothing to do with the cline book.
If it is 14 you read, check out The Fold and Terminus.

English

@memizon Well Terminus has a bad guy from 14 return. Basically mix 14 and the fold. Do not read it on its own, read the other two books first. Can’t say anything else without spoiling things.
English

There was another story connected to the world of 14 and The Fold. I just don’t know why he only did a Kindle and Audiobook for it. I think it was some kind of deal with Amazon. But I would like to have a hardback someday. I also hope he does another story in that world.
If you are a fan of Cosmic Horror, check them out.

English

@OccultReview I love The Empty Man! I think they marketed it wrong. Most people dismiss it as a slasher or something like Slender man .
English

@Bonew0rms Cool, I have not heard of this one. I will have to check it out.
English

@Nymdok I have seen the Love death and robots, but not seen the Doom comes to Gotham. I will have to check it out.
Call girl is low budget but I tend to like strange things.
English

@silverlock 1.) Wtf is this!?!?
2.) I might also recommend
The doom that came to Gotham - Batman + Cthulhu is more fun than you think.
The Tall Grass, love death and robots S02E05

English

@MrEricWalls This was over a decade ago, but I think it was a come and go thing.
English

@JpGotrokkits When it first came out I was in collage in the mountains of Georgia, so it probably did not come to my attention till 88-90 sometime.
English

@silverlock It was originally released in 1987, the tenth anniversary Star Wars. if you're my age you likely didn't have your own money yet to buy such a thing, didn't know about it, or it wasn't on the shelf at your local independent bookstore when you wanted it.
English

Of course you can’t mention RPGs based on movies without talking about Star Wars.
Sadly, I did not play it back in the day. Especially since I was of the generation that saw the original movie when it came out. Some friends loved it, and I can’t remember why I did not get to play. Was probably a time thing.
I picked up the reprint made later.
