@AerLingus I need some help. There is bad weather in the Chicago area on the 23rd. We are travelling MSN to EDI that day. I’m trying to cancel the MSN to ORD leg of the flight. No one can cancel the first leg for me! It reduces the risk of not getting home!

@simon108th Hi Simon, I'm sorry to hear you are uncomfortable onboard. Fresh air is circulated throughout the train, however, if you feel it is too warm, please speak to the Train Manager onboard, they have access to the temperature controls, per Coach. - Ross

@AvantiWestCoast Why is it recommended to well ventilate public transport to protect from Covid and your trains are packed with people and are stifling hot!? This is just not acceptable, nor safe for the travelling public.
