I wanted to share a bunch of my favorite hidden and under-utilized features in Claude Code. I'll focus on the ones I use the most. Here goes.

You can quickly reference files in a chat using recent files in the toolbar, ask ChatGPT about something you’ve uploaded, or browse your files in the new Library tab in the web sidebar. Rolling out globally for Plus, Pro, and Business users, and coming soon to users in the EEA, Switzerland, and the UK.

I've just released a new version of typeagent, a Python library I've been working on since mid last year --more and more using Claude-- that implements memory for agents. Not originally my idea, I mostly ported the TypeScript version by Steve Lucco and Umesh Madan. This release was improved a lot by Bernhard Merkle. To install, use "pip install typeagent". @dkundel I’m CLI-first, but for Windows users generally I’d expect VS Code, Windows Terminal (PowerShell/WSL), Visual Studio, GitHub Desktop, and Docker Desktop to be the main GUI targets. Notepad++ exists, but I don’t personally use it.

Windows devs which apps would you want to open from the Codex app? Also do people still use Notepad++ after the whole supply chain hack?
