Will Smith & Chris Rock just explained my position on microaggressions, white people saying the n-word and the entire concept of free speech. Everyone should have the absolute right to say whatever they want. But you can’t then restrict people’s reactions to what you said.

REAL TALK: I'm a “straight shooter,” but that doesn't mean I always get things right. I recently made the mistake of commenting on a private situation that did not involve me, using insensitive language to do so. As I reflect, I can admit that that was wrong and I apologize.
