@simply_gary 100%. I was spending 36k on investorlift last year to dispo deals on their site. They are great dont get me wrong and Rob is an awesome CEO, but made the pivot last year looking at my OPEX. The amount of time suck it took to sell a deal was too much. Novations=More eyes on deals.

I do novations nationally. How I crush it is by only fishing where it’s worth it on ppc. Counties that have over 40% pending are the only places I’ll bid on ppc. FYI it’s not as many counties as you think but almost guarantees your novations exit.
