@Drewshearer444 I do think that the Kerr guy at SPC can be a little bit quick to jump to severe outlooks on potential risks

I can say I haven’t ever seen a slight risk that may not be supportive of convective capable of producing lightning (with explicit discussion of that in the outlook). I’ll have more thoughts about this severe threat later today.
