Our former cook Charu Mami makes lovely molagapudi. It's crunchy, distinctive, and makes idli dosa come alive. She sells 1 kg molagapudi for 450 rupees. I believe 1 kg lasts a year. Anyone who wants the yummy thing, DM me. All proceeds go to her. Can ship only within Chennai. PS: For magic to happen, add appropriate amount of gingelly oil to the molagapudi before you use it to spice up your idli or dosa.

Friendly advice, go old school & keep a bunch of reliable local technician contacts. Even if they’re not instant, you can atleast depend on them. These app quacks like @urbancompany_UC have zero accountability, a bunch of frustrated employees & a non existent escalation point!
