@Parcel2Go why is no one trying to sort out my claim? You destroyed my package as you said it was “beyond repair” Now told I can’t claim as out of time! You give no email or phone to communicate, is this deliberate? You need to help sort out my claim
@Parcel2Go why is there no way to contact you? No email address nor phone number just web chat which is so unhelpful?? Why have you disposed of my parcel and now are telling to claim the £20 insurance? I have had to resort to joining twitter to get some response!!!!
@DavidFinlay8@Parcel2Go I totally agree with you as I’m in a similar position. In fact the only reason I’ve joined Twitter is to get some response from them @Parcel2Go Non existent customer service which you only find out if you have a problem!
@Parcel2Go be very aware if you use this company. I paid UPS the courier Parcel lost/stolen. I have no recourse UPS say Parcel2Go was the sender. Parcel2Go have no Telephone help. The Email system ignores you the just Stole my parcel. 3 weeks now Zero help. Total joke.
