2 years as a founder, and this is still the hardest part I'm facing: Hiring. Not because there's no good talent, but because 90% of people who apply treat this industry like a casino and don't take it seriously. I interviewed 20+ people last month: • 6 showed up on time. • 4 turned on their cameras. •3 actually prepared. If you can't take it seriously, why take the time to apply? AI Product Research Done For You! 🧐 The Evolution of Cats 😺 In April of 2025, I dove head first into the @virtuals_io ecosystem. Initially, it was honestly to try to make money on the Genesis token launches (which I did, despite waiting way too long to finally take profits 🙄). However, upon entry into the ecosystem, what I actually found was a community of many like minded crypto and AI enthusiasts who genuinely are excited to learn more about products being developed and launched! I have always loved the tech side of crypto and enjoy doing deep research. This instantly resonated well amongst the Virgen community! I first started becoming noticed in the community for my research into ACP. For me, the research was incredibly intriguing and I was simply having fun, so it was amazing to see so many people find it useful. I honestly never put any thought into becoming a "content creator" and never participated in "yapping," because I genuinely just never enjoyed farming or disingenuous AI posts. I am a real person and love real discussions with real people after all! However, I quickly figured out when I was trying to earn Virgen points that I had to learn how to create content, and I was up for the challenge! I got really lucky and got accepted into the @amplifi_now community before it opened to the public (I reached out in DM's and got the invite after working to prove myself). This changed everything for me! The OG Amplifiers were extremely welcoming and taught me SO MUCH about content creation! Being an Amplifier quickly helped me learn how to create better content that people actually wanted to consume! With that came more followers, getting rewarded for content for the first time in my life, and genuine enjoyment in learning a whole new craft that I never knew I would grow to love! That passion for creating content has only grown over the past couple of months and has now led into the most fun type of content I have created yet, video content! I feel like this avenue is where I can truly excel (I hope you are enjoying it as well as I learn and try to get better and better), so expect for this to be my primary type of content on my profile for the foreseeable future! I also wanted to share that my focus has shifted more into my biggest area of interest, which is not actually trading tokens to try to make financial gains off of speculation (there are plenty of great KOL's and alpha callers who got you covered for that type of content). That interest is in the actual AI PRODUCTS themselves! I have loved exploring products that interest me and finding new products that I enjoy using, which I might not have ever otherwise known about had I not gone on this journey described above. I truly believe AI products are going to supplement and improve so many areas of our lives and I feel so blessed to have the opportunity to discover many of these products in their infancy and be able to test them (and invest in their tokens for the long-term if I believe they have great revenue potential that can feedback into the token price). So, TLDR, my primary focus on content creation is going to be PRODUCT focused! I plan on trying to share things I enjoy using in a manner that is simple to consume and understand. Don't worry, I will continue to remain deep in the Virtuals ecosystem and absolutely love attending as many Spaces as I can to get to chat with the community, as well as doing the live stream every Friday! But I wanted to give an update to anyone interested and following my profile on what you can expect, as I simply have limited time and want to focus on what I enjoy most, while hoping it brings value to all of you! If you have any specific AI products (especially in the Virtuals ecosystem) that you are really enjoying using and you would like me to try it out and cover it, let me know in the comments! I also have started working with a few teams in ambassador roles and will consistently be creating content around their products.
