@SixtIT terrible service made us wait 1.5 hours saying our car was being cleaned and washed - however there was dried up vomit in the back when it was given to us after 2 hours of waiting and even tried to make us pay for an upgraded car to resolve our issues.. unacceptable

Il 100% non consiglierebbe il volo in ritardo @sixtIT ma è arrivato alle 22:15, è rimasto in coda con bambini piccoli per 40 minuti, poi ha ricevuto un addebito di € 60 come dopo le 23:00 🤯, come un membro dello staff!

@SixtIT Good. I had a lovely week end in Napoli. But at the not so lovely when I received the invoice of my rent. The price is the double of the price of the reservation. Amazing. ! I wrote a mail to your customer services for my complain. Hope you will reconsider my invoice.

The vehicle selection can restrict travel to certain countries,Slovenia is Zone 2.
Entry into countries of zone 2 is permitted with following Offroader/SUV: Opel Mokka, Volvo XC60, Nissan Qashqai, Ford Kuga und Fiat 500x.

@SixtIT @SixtRentACar We had two reservations - SWAR & FWAR. Booked these categories because we needed large luggage space. Upon arriving at SIXT Office, we were told that they don’t have any of these car available and can instead offer a BMW X1 or Ford SMax at same price
