Hogarth is blind as a bat.

@Notts_Steelers I really rate Smith as a ref, he’s usually pretty spot on and owns a game which gives players and fans confidence… but Hogarth is an unbelievably poor and arguably dangerous referee. I can’t understand how he’s still allowed to officiate a game.
