@kis_lorand Q1: Do you call these “CIN2-3” or 2 or 3? Q2: I find it most challenging when there are areas of thin SIL within background conventional appearing LSIL, & p16+. I’ve usually erred on calling these “focal HSIL in a background of LSIL,” dunno if that’s the best approach
