Hey @CommBank you've forced me to cancel my credit card while I'm overseas, my only access to any money, and now won't answer my calls or messages. What the actual... I need some damn help! Where's the promised 24/7 emergency support! Telling me to call doesn't cut it.

Yesterday I received some Brazilian cash as repayment, and my immediate thought was, "Oh cool I can add to mum's foreign currency collection." It took a minute for me to realise that's not a thing anymore. 😔

Hey @auspost this button used to take you to a very useful web form that actually allowed authorisation to collect to be set up. Now it forces install of your worthless app where there's nowhere to perform such an authorisation. I'm in Brazil, my cats need their food. Fix it.

In the past month I've had to spend thousands of dollars on medical care so if you're able I'd appreciate it.
