All democratic states that thought they were good friends with the USA, beware. If Trump can treat a free and democratic Taiwan as a “bargaining chip”, he can do the same to you.

President Xi stressed to President Trump that facts have shown time and again that trade wars have no winner. China-U.S. economic and trade ties are mutually beneficial and win-win in nature. Where disagreements and frictions exist, equal-footed consultation is the only right choice. Our economic and trade teams produced generally balanced and positive outcomes. This is good news for the people of the two countries and the world. The two sides should jointly sustain the good momentum that we have worked hard to create.

藍白上禮拜將《離島建設條例部分條文修正草案》逕付二讀，好像很少人提及，幫大家整理一下藍白打算幹嘛。 第一，中國人在金門取得土地，以後只需要金門縣政府點頭，不再需要經過內政部核准。第二，離島的電業者可以跟中國電業併網，簽電力網併聯工程與購售電協議，且明文排除電業法與兩岸條例的適用。第三，中資可以投資離島醫療機構，一樣以排除兩岸條例相關限制。總之，這個修法完全排除兩岸條例的限制，然後把決定權交給離島縣政府。土地如此，電力如此，醫療也是如此。 金門從來不缺電，電力供給不是任何一個描述金門處境的報告裡出現過的問題。反而，習近平在2019年提出「新四通」，通橋、通電、通氣、通水，打通金馬與福建的基礎建設連結是中共公開的對台統戰目標。一個依賴對岸供電的前線島嶼，卻要跟境外敵對勢力通電，通過這樣條文的政黨還有立委才真的是「通敵」還有「欠電」。 把核准中國人購置金門不動產的權限，也被從內政部下放到縣政府，這就更有趣了，這法案提案人是陳玉珍，下一步就是要參選金門縣長。這修法不是在促進離島建設，是在為自己將來選上金門縣長後的作為鋪路。 至於醫療特區，表面是引進國際（中國）醫療資源，同時中國病人入境、中資醫療集團進駐、中國醫事人員執業。草案同時排除了《醫療法》「外國人不得擔任董事長」的規定，為中國控制離島醫療資源敞開大門。另外配合最近護病比的修法，就是要從離島開始示範，接著大批引入中國廉價的護理人員，逼迫政府開放到本島。 看了內容，這完全就是為了中國統戰而生的修法，不是促進離島發展，而是以發展離島為名，繞開兩岸條例中的一切限制，將最前線的離島作為統戰示範區。 而且別忘了，前一次藍白要闖關的版本中還有離島自由貿易示範區，簡單說就是可以透過離島幫中國洗產地。這個這次雖然沒有放進來，但接下來誰知道會不會又透過再修正動議起死回生？台灣與美國的關稅談判也持續進行中，川普政府對洗產地問題高度敏感，如果立法院正在審一個允許中國貨進金馬包裝貼標轉運的條例，讓中國透過離島洗產地，難道不會影響台美關係？難道不會影響關稅議題？ 這就是藍白的玩法，也是之前跟大家提過的DDos戰術，就是透過一大堆議題去癱瘓大家面對議題的能力。趁大家在防守A的時候，把影響更深遠的B給偷渡過去，這議題值得大家全力回防。
