What we are seeing right now is what we have seen all our lives.
Before 2020, it was Shikhar Dhawan who used to start with intent & then Virat Kohli maintaining the runrate while Rohit Sharma taking his own sweet time.
Same we are seeing now, Shubman Gill playing with intent on one end & then Virat Kohli carrying forward the momentum with Rohit playing in his own world.
& they thought, they gonna fool us with selfless narrative of 2022-2025 phase. 3 years of career will never define a player who has played for 19 years.
