My dad died of pancreatic cancer in 2021. There were whispers about a protocol that I just didn’t know what it was. I couldn’t find the information. Pancreatic cancer is a death sentence to anyone who gets it. Or is it?

You don’t have some statutory right to be employed by the FA, or to participate in their activities. They can bar you on the basis of your social media activity for bringing the FA into disrepute. I’m sure slagging them off on here every five minutes won’t help your case either.
