Let me reintroduce myself properly 👇 I’m Slimzy! A brand designer, community moderator, and founder of Slimzy Concept. For over 5 years, I’ve been quietly helping brands grow through visuals, working with both Web2 and Web3 projects across Nigeria and globally. From startups to growing communities, my focus has always been simple: creating designs that don’t just look good, but actually communicate and convert. My journey hasn’t been smooth or perfect Tbvh. It’s been a process of constant learning, unlearning, and pushing myself to try new things. There were times I doubted my path, times I chose to stay quiet and just focus on the work because for me, design is more than visuals; it’s how brands are felt, remembered, and trusted, so every step shaped my growth and strengthened my craft. Over time, I’ve had the opportunity to work with hundreds of brands, contributing to their visual identity, campaigns, and overall presence and that’s something I’m genuinely proud of. Alongside design, I’ve built a strong presence in the Web3 space as a community moderator. I’ve worked with several communities over time, being very intentional about where I contribute because I strongly believe that community is the backbone of every successful project. Currently, I’m actively building with @raikucom on Solana, and I can confidently say it feels like home. Working with passionate people like @_offmylawn @duckk9x @widyakrnwn @DeathAngel_69 @tulenka5 and MORE, makes me believe genuine community growth has been one of the most fulfilling parts of my journey so far. For a long time, I’ve been more of a “behind the scenes” person doing the work, delivering results, but not really putting myself out there. Maybe it’s because I enjoy my space, or because I’m naturally more introverted Idk lol. But I’ve come to realize something important: Being great at what you do isn’t enough if people don’t see it. That’s why I’m making a shift. I’m stepping out, showing up, and being more intentional about my presence, because I know the value I bring. I help brands grow through "high converting visuals and strong community presence", combining both design and Web3 experience to deliver real impact. So this coming April, I’m done being quiet. I’m showing up atleast every single day building my brand, sharing my journey, connecting with like minded people, and creating opportunities. If you’re a founder, brand, or project looking to grow your visual identity or build a strong community presence, I’d love to work with you. Feel free to reach out! let’s build something great together. Check out my portfolio in my bio.🤝 Ciao. See you guys on the next one. Bye!

Right now, I can use Claude Code to build a 18 page pitch deck using my client's design system in 20 mins. Not to mention, that I can build our studio's internal CRM tool the same way is also saying a lot. The shift is clear, at least from what I've observed on X. Designers are going to be expected to build using AI. That's why I am really trying to figure out Claude so that I could bridge this gap and get ready for what's to come.

Working with Kuru Exchange was a total of 11 months. First month, we were doing the branding plus first draft of the product. Then the rest I spent on the product, while Mat did socials. The ongoing product work looked like this: 1. Synthesizing research 2. Iterating on what's live 3. Building new features They'd run user research with their own users. Synthesize the findings and share them with me. Then I'd go back and make targeted changes things that weren't working the way we assumed, adjusted to fit how users actually behaved. Or build new features as the platform grew, which wasn't in the original scope and came from where the product needed to go next. Full redesigns never happened. It was always small, targeted modifications. This is what draws me to product design, it's the endless iteration.

Behind every clean logo is messy thinking. Exploring concepts for a new fintech brand, chasing that perfect balance between flow and simplicity.

@slimzycpt but sometimes so beautiful and incredible... that's how I imagine the perfect work(in my head), but sometimes it's very difficult to implement it on canvas. and you edit, edit, edit, time passes and you edit again.

@tulenka5 Honestly, yeah. You can picture something perfect sometime, but bringing it to life is different and thats where the struggle lies😂. That’s why it’s advisable to sketch out rough idea first, then refine. Ideas in our head can be so crazy most times ict😂

@slimzycpt don't you have a problem when you have a perfect image of a logo/art in your head, but you can't reproduce it in reality?

Practicing my motion design workflow Still figuring out how AI video generation, motion design, and video editing all work together but getting there. Sound design is my next mountain to climb. This one was built for @touch_market , a crypto prediction platform on Monad that's currently in beta. Go check them out. More work coming as I keep improving.

Branding isn’t optional for any serious business owner. From colors to typography, spacing to balance. Every detail plays a role in how your business is perceived. Your brand identity is more than just visuals. It’s how your business speaks, how it’s remembered, and how it stands out. If you’re a business owner looking to drive real results and make effective sales, strong branding isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity. That’s where I come in. I’m a brand designer who doesn’t just make things look good. I create visuals that attract attention, build trust, and convert. If you’re ready to position your brand better and get the results it deserves, send me a DM. Let’s build something that works.
