The next big trend is......A.I. ads and advertorials?! My man where have you been the last 2 years in e-commerce?
Jackson Blackledge@blvckledge

next winning ad idea for ecom brands: ai creatives + advertorials you’re about to see a lot more brands lean into this in the next few months looking at our accounts, the top performing ai ads formats right now are: - vsl - animation - podcast style whatever the format, the structure underneath is basically the same: you start by highlighting a gap in what people believe - the real cause behind their problem - or a habit people don’t realize is hurting them then you show how your product bridges that gap say you’re selling a collagen supplement you open with “people think wrinkles come from age… but that’s not what’s actually happening.” then explain how collagen drops roughly 1% a year after 25, and how lifestyle accelerates it, with sugar, processed oils, alcohol, stress (through that explanation, you use animation, visuals, ugc clips to keep people watching) that builds into why most skincare falls short and why collagen loss is the real issue next, you introduce the product, what it does, and proof behind it this works really well when you pair it with an advertorial something like “Dermatologists Are Finally Admitting This About Skin Aging” the funnel itself has been around for a while, but ai just removed a lot of the friction to build it and youtube is still pretty open for this right now

i'm trading two top-tier quant internships and my UIUC stats and CS degree to go all in on this. i'm building the bridge between institutional money and prediction markets. think vanguard for polymarket/kalshi. and an (extensive) execution layer API. imagine trading geopolitical instability like an index fund. spoken to wealth mgmt funds, prop trading firms, and excited retail traders.. all of them are asking for this. if any VC's or cracked builders wanna know more, hit my DMs.

No. Waste of money. Personal I'd buy two $400 K condos. Live in one. Rent one out to pay for maintenance and taxes. Put $1.2M in safe dividend paying stocks. Buy a Tesla Model Y for a daily driver. Business I'd put some of the money in, get cofounders, some VCs, and build a niche robotics delivery company that I have in mind for a global market. No Porsche. Waste of money!

Six weeks into a carnivore cut. No calories counted. No macros logged. No micros checked. No scale stepped on. No body fat measurement. No sleep tracker. No HRV watch. No progress photos. No peptides. No supplements. No salt. A drop of iodine in the morning. That's it. Fatty meat. Cheese. Butter. Eat when hungry. Stop when done. No hunger. No cravings. No deprivation. No grim Sunday meal prep. No weighing the chicken breast. No logging the oats. No negotiating with the food. Strength in the gym has not moved. Same lifts, same rep ranges, same sets as six weeks ago. Which is not what you are supposed to be able to do while cutting, because cutting is supposed to be miserable, and strength is supposed to drop, and you are supposed to need a coach and an app and three podcasts to survive it. The clothes are looser. The mirror is doing its thing. The work is getting done entirely under the hood, by a body that was handed the food it was built for and then politely left alone. This should not be possible. The app says I should have a streak going. The supplement company says I should be stacking. The nutritionist says I should have a macro plan. The coach says I should have a coach. The peptide lads say I should be in a cycle. The weight loss industry says I should be hungry and faintly miserable and checking the scale on a Monday morning with a sinking feeling. I am doing none of it. I am eating meat and butter. I am getting leaner, stronger, sleeping better, and not thinking about food. A lot of people are going to find this very annoying. Quite a few industries are going to find it actively threatening. That is probably why you have never been told it was an option.

The agency owners who figure out Hermes in the next 90 days are going to look like geniuses in 2027. The problem is most agency owners don't have time to figure out the install, where to start, or what to actually hand it first. So my team built an 83-page playbook that does it for you. Inside: — The 5 daily prompts that turn it into a second brain — Plain English setup for Mac, Linux, and Android — How to lock it down without torching client data — 8 copy-paste workflows across reporting, outreach, sales, and ops — The cron trick that drops token spend by 90% Your competitors are sleeping on this. Comment HERMES and I'll send it.
GREG ISENBERG@gregisenberg

how to set up hermes agent step by step. built-in memory, 40+ tools, works on your phone, and what to think of hermes vs openclaw: 1. hermes is a personal AI agent that runs in your terminal. think of it like open claw but with built-in memory, 40+ tools out of the box, and 90% cheaper token costs. you install it with one command. 2. the 3 problems with open claw that hermes solves: no memory (you keep repeating yourself), constant gateway restarts, and zero visibility into what you're spending on tokens. 3. hermes remembers everything. every completed task gets saved to memory. it searches through past logs to find solutions. over time it literally gets smarter at your specific workflows. 4. connect it to open router. you see exact costs per model per task. free models rotate weekly. one founder went from $130 every five days on open claw to $10 on hermes. same output. 5. it comes preloaded with skills. apple notes, imessage, find my, browser, web search, image generation, cron jobs. no hunting for plugins. 6. connect it to obsidian so it reads your entire vault. connect it to gstack for your dev environment. create custom skills for your specific workflows. 7. the biggest money saver: have it write code once for recurring tasks. then it runs without burning tokens every time. stop paying an LLM to do the same scrape or report daily. 8. run it on android via telegram. name your agents. talk to them like coworkers. in this episode imran shows you how to set this up. 9. you can run it bare metal, in docker, or serverless on modal. pick your risk level. i begged @imranye to come on @startupideaspod and walk through the full installation live. he made it impossibly clear. if you've heard of Hermes Agent and want the clearest explanation of how to get set up like a pro let me know what you want me to cover on the next ep this is the best personal agent setup video on the internet right now. watch

Clavicular should fire his growth operator/team He was clearing ~$500k/month a couple months ago by his own numbers - probably at $600-700k by now We have a client doing that on 1/10th of his traffic lmao With the sheer amount of traffic he’s pulling There’s no reason he shouldn’t be at a few million a month Astonishing how bad these influencers are at monetizing their brand
Barragers@barragers

Clavicular’s private looksmaxxing course is pulling in $46,800/month from 1.2k members paying $39 each 👀

the 10:1 thing is funny because the lowest amount any CEO could be on is like £250,000 a year which yes is an obscene amount of money for anyone, so everyone should get a fucking grip about it as a policy

Out of the 300M people who play Football / Soccer. Only 2,000 of them ever play at the top level. You have a 0.00074% chance of ever making it to the top level, or 1 in ~130,000. The average player across the top 4 leagues makes $1.2M to $1.6M per year after taxes & agent fees. Or $100-$120K per month. There are more people worldwide that run "Small Businesses." 400M Worldwide. 1 in 1,000 to 1 in 10,000 businesses globally ever achieve sustained net profit of $100,000 per month. Meaning, it is 100x easier to make the same amount of money or way more by just starting a business.
