@mattallen @rabbieburns As a former rower ;) I would drop that stroke rate. Maintain control, 4 beats, 1 oars in 2 oars out 3 and 4 on the recovery. A 2k race is only about 80 strokes.

@cuteiosdev I use an aliexpress generic. Make sure you get one big enough. I can only just fit my climbing cassette in it. But we’ll worth it.
