@sjcurranbun @Ryanair Delays happen, I get it and sometimes it’s completely unctrollable. I’d rather be on a safe flight than a rushed one. I’m not annoyed by the delay, I’m annoyed by the choices they made and a complete disregard for customer care and comfort. There was no reason we needed to board

Sketchy @Ryanair behaviour. We’re already 1 hour late leaving #Stansted. They taxi us out to the middle of nowhere to sit for at least 90 minutes, on the plane, due to “restrictions” with the promise we can get up and use the cabin. Now we’re forced to remain in our seats. FR287

@sjcurranbun @Ryanair I looked up the flight data. @Ryanair knew at a minimum, 20 minutes before our schedule departure time, before we had begun boarding, that we’d be delayed at LEAST 40 minutes and yet they chose to cram us on the plane and make us sit at the back of the taxiway for 2 hours

@TFIupdates Yea I get that. But what happened to the one before it? It’s not a delay - you have busses sitting here just totally empty. And my transfer timed out - do you want to reimburse my €2.00? It’s not my fault you don’t know how to manage your routes and staff. Why should it cost me?

@TFIupdates been waiting at stop 288 with a large crowd. 41C in particular was supposed to leave ages ago. 3 busses sitting here empty as the drivers just walked off, and a ton of passengers waiting. If you ever wonder why people don’t trust your reliability this is why!

@Wise Also - leaving your customers without access to funds for up to 16 hours is really unacceptable. I pay you enough in transaction fees, I demand better response time and accountability. Hold your banking partner accountable to their services - you have the ability to do it.

@Wise I just called in and spoke with a customer service rep. If you’ve known the service has been down for hours already, it would be helpful to communicate that to your customers. He said I’d get an email when the service is restored but you haven’t even let us know it’s down yet?
