@GC_Rail get off our railways

Who are we supposed to speak to when you have no representatives visible at King’s Cross?

Denied entry to another train after you cancelled the service @GC_Rail. You are supposed to inform other train operators. Now late for a meeting. Disgrace.

It’s a ridiculous system to open check in 24 hours before check in and for it to be a free for all. People have other commitments and we don’t all have the luxury of being able to sit refreshing a laptop screen all day. Extremely disappointing for a 11 and a half hour flight. [2]

@ThaiAirways checked in a few hours after it opened (as soon as we could) and we have been sat at opposite ends of the plane as a 2 person booking instead of being together. Why do you not block book people who are together? [1]
