@comcastcares @Xfinity I have had an issue ongoing with Xfinity for MONTHS. I have escalated the issue multiple times. Each phone call or chat support effort I make takes me at least an hour. They promise me results and do nothing. NOTHING.

@Xfinity @comcastcares My support from Xfinity has been the absolute worst customer service I've ever gotten from any company I've ever done business with. I can't express enough how angry and disappointed I am. There is NO escalation process that works.
