@easyJet are you able to help as this flight is Friday and I want to check in! I am appalled that I have been charged 3 times the Amount by your so called knowledgeable call centre staff who should have advised me I would have been able to do this online if I went far enough!!

@easyJet - I have just called to see how to add a large cabin bag as I cannot sit in an ex legroom seat & after a long call where I was told multiple times I could only add on the bag both ways on the phone - I have gone to check in and been given the option for just 1 flight 1/2

@Tesco hi Tesco - my husband has just tried to return a pack of Pampers nappies to your Whaley Bridge store to exchange for the next size. They have refused as they dobt stock the exact ones. They were bought in Macclesfield but I cannot get there 😔 I have a valid receipt TY x
