@SoVeryBritish My cats share a Le Creuset water bowl...they love it, but we did buy it from the outlet store.

Overheard a couple in John Lewis. The woman points at a Le Creuset dog bowl and says, “do you think Tony would like this for Christmas?” The man replies, “Le Creuset? For a dog? It’s nicer than our own plates!” Then, after a pause, he says, “still, to be fair, he probably would like it… shall we get it?” Perfectly sums up a human relationship with pets. An excellent birthday present from my daughters, they have bought me five Coucou de Rennes Chickens. Sitting and watching our birds has long been one of my ways to relax while I write up my journal and now I have more, with what I'm told is a unique personality.
