@AirCanada I have been trying to cancel my refundable ticket but your app sends me to customer service and there is a wait of in excess of two hours; I don’t want to lose my money as a no show.
Consumers should beware. @Ticketmaster does not adequately disclose tickets will be non transferable once bought; if you are buying tickets as a gift, they may prove useless. Not for re-sale either. Not good practice.
@emirates Your family plan arrangement on Skywards is very misleading as it leaves miles earned previously stranded and unavailable for use. Customers like me are confused by the process and effectively lose their miles. Apparently no exceptions granted. Problem.
@FlySWISS We are eight passengers onboard LX15 from JFK to Zurich. We were very delayed out of JFK as your ground staff was short-staffed….we will land at 12:42pm for a 1:05pm connection on LX242 to Dubai….can you hold the plane ever so slightly to accommodate us on Xmas eve?
Hey @Iberia_en — How is it that Iberia Airlines overbooks it’s Business Class such that I arrive at the airport with a seat reserved for months and I’m told that I need to be downgraded? Agents whisper as if something else is going on? Happened to me tonight from JFK to Madrid.
