When I was in 5th grade, our entire grade got to skip class before school was out for summer to see Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith in theaters. It was literally one of the happiest days of my life. It’s also why I’ll never speak poorly about this film- it’s too personal to me.

@MetalGearTakes Absolutely Correct! Give it a decade and the narrative will also be gasped at for it prescience and brilliance, reminsent of Metal Gear 2’s initial reception and latter praise.

Genuinely one of the dumbest scenes in a live action Batman film ever. This is just as much “not Batman” as Affleck killing in BvS. I love Begins but God does this moment not get criticized enough.

@CinemaTweets1 If You call a half baked narrative flawless……. Let’s not twist this up either this is a phenominal movie with some of the best visuals in cinema history but the story is incomplete.

The Devil Wears Prada 2 has me down a sequels rabbit hole, thinking about sequels that were worth being made. Blade Runner 2049 comes to mind. I think the Golsing-Ford partnership and the Denis-Deakins partnership worked to perfection. This is a near-flawless film. Great sequel.

@KeyJay115 Yep in the future it will probably be regarded for the Masterpiece it is. Incredible how far above the standard Kojima is that he managed to execute another Masterpiece that won’t be understood for 20 years by the masses……

MGSV has one of the most staggering narratives of any video game I've ever played. From the thematic resonance of its core themes and how they relate to the franchise at large, to it's unending retrofitting of 30 years of canon into a cohesive bow, it genuinely floors me man.

Oppenheimer. People on this app accuse me of disliking this film because I think Killers of the Flower Moon deserved Best Picture. Au contraire, my friend. I think this is Nolan’s best film next to The Dark Knight & next to Heath, Murphy gives us Nolan’s best performance.
